Tips to make yourself fit and fine all time

15 Tips for a Healthy & Fit body



1. Open you eyes before the Sun.

2. Take 2 glasses of water with lemon and honey in empty stomach after waking up.

3. Get back from Washroom ASAP.

4. Do some stretching and exercise with your arms and legs.

5. Do 10 push ups at least per day.

6. Take all your dry fruits and boiled eggs as your first diet of the day.

7. Take water as per your thirst after doing all these things.

8. Take a bath and have a good break fast full of protein. 

9. Go to you college/school/office etc.

10. Have something after 2 hours of breaks whole day.

11. Take small amount of dinner which only can kill your hunger.

12. Have dinner 3 hours before you go to bad.

13. I possible have Milk at night before sleep.

14. Leave your cell phone/Laptop etc before bed (30 min.before).

15. Now you did a great day end with right things done, you must sleep 7-8 hours to apply all day            doings to your body.


The above are the basics to be done by everyone to live a doctor free life.
